Can anyone please explain that last sentence a little better? What does can mean in this context? So if it does stack 4 times, then it has 200% effectiveness?
Correct. That’s how measured works.
If you don’t shadow mend for 1 minute, your next shadow mend does the healing of 3 shadow mends.
