The AV event has been a lot of fun. I honestly can’t wait for p3 so we can get some of that in classic.
It was a nice reminder of why I’m glad I made a Hunter, instead of a Warrior. I hope they enjoy the GY because that’s where a lot of you Warriors will spend the majority of your time.

I was gonna do that just to do it, but then I realized my ilvl was too low, by a lot. I know it would be easy to get it high enough, but that’s honestly more time than I am willing to spend playing retail.

All toons, spec wiped, did not remotely understand the spec tree offered
which gave like 6 choices in 1 spec only?
Spells/Abilities, definitely big changes there, looked like some spells/abilities did not exist any more?
Many were either missing gear pieces, or the gear was converted to some other thing.
On the other hand, my mailboxes were full of pages and pages of a tidalwave of gold and enchanting mats, i mean like an asinine amount of gold, 100’s of 1000’s, i just got rich by not playing.
How does that happen? LoL, though i suppose if i go actually look, i will find it is mass refunds for stuff that i would rather have just kept said stuff?
I’d have to sit down and spend a lot of time figuring how to make each toon useful again.
Oh i noticed the character page was full of unused level boosts.
No use to me as i am level locked at WOD cap, but still funny to see them all sitting there, did not realize they gave that many away free?

No idea how your mail boxes were full ,mail self deletes after 30 days.Also,how would you have multiple level boosts?

So they’re going back on the change that finally corrected the leveling issue where mobs would die so fast you spent more time running than fighting?
No, not all mail self deletes in 30 days.
If Blizz recalls something you had, for example, and converts it to cash, that mail does not delete until you actually go and log in.
Or maybe it gets generated at that login, i dont know, suppose it is possible it doesnt process the toon and the changes until a login occurs, but i even had email from my garrison though i dont even remember what i was doing in the silly garrison anymore.

the dead realm is enough of a burn to make we wary of going back to retail. that being said the longer draenei tails and dwarf tattoos are something ive wanted for awhile so i might actually have to check it out.
