Don’t click on “Proceed” if you see them. Click them off.
That has nothing to do with Blizzard at all. I have only seen that surfing the web with MS Edge, and a website asked to send notifications. I was dumb and clicked yes. I was spammed by stuff like that, until I went into browser settings, and deleted the one from the errant site.

Thank you, Junna. I wasn’t sure of its origin, but wanted to be safe, not sorry. I did a W10 update during the night and they may have slipped “Edge” in on me.

Whatever browser you use, look in the section for notices from web sites, and see if you have any you don’t want. Spammed by McAffee tells me you have at least one in the list.

I’m 95% sure it’s Edge. I just tried to uninstall it and it won’t let me. Not even with CMD prompt. It has only 2 choices: modify and repair - no uninstall. I don’t feel comfortable enough to try going into the system any further, but I will continue to monitor everything and see if I have any more trouble. Ad-Blocker is useless for this.
