Don’t think they have said anything outside of mc being 20 man, zg moving to 7 day lockout and rank 14 coming out with AQ.

Ony being 40 man would be super funny. I guess the few guilds running 2, 20 mans would be fine. But for most this would have to be a pug fest.
It also means the least amount of Dev work since it’s already been brought back… 1…2…3… many times already lol

We have the damage output to down her with 20 to 25. There were videos of groups downing her with 5 players at the end of classic. But sure…40 will be necessary right? Come on.

If they don’t tune her at all groups of 20 can kill her with relative ease at 60.

Anything with the length/size as onyx can be 40 60 100 if you want. I don’t mind join a 15 min raid at all as long as there are enough loot for ppl who join the team
The reason they gave was something along the line of 3 day lockouts are hard on raid leaders and people running raids with alts so make it 7 day lockout so it resets at the same time every week so its easier to plan.
I don’t remember the exact video they talked about it but I believe it was one hyping up phase 3 and they sprinkled in things for phase 4 such as being able to swap / gain a free weapon skill (I didn’t quite understand it, plus doesn’t apply to me.) and priests being able to swap priest racials.
That’s actually something bad to vanilla class design. You lost the unique part of the game.
They should add some items to boost for example weapon skills or even racial abilities so that ppl can go farm their unique bis
I agree, we could kill ony with 10 people now with our gear, but lets not forget there are many many many people that are still taking 3-6 hours to clear ST.
most with 2 brain cells have ST down within a hour. But blizz has shown they are catering to the mega casual base.
I hope I am wrong I really do, but… 2+ months to wait and see…

Given the multiboxers I see running around with half a dozen hunters, Onyxia will probably be a 3 human raid.
Out of curiostiy, why would you want this dogarse ‘dev team’ to spit out anymore content?
Have you considered unofficial servers which have done pretty decent work on retuning dungeons and raids (content)?
If Onyxia isn’t buffed… you won’t have any issue to do it with 20 anyways.

If they gave us a date for phase 4 I would agree, seeing as they did not. we are looking at 2 months plus wait from here.

they have stated they phase 3 will last longer than the previous phases have.
exactly casuals dont raid every other day. once per week is all they can do with their busy lives and responsibilities and wives and stuff.
