It doesn’t appear there is anyone to turn the tokens into after clearing MC. Duke Hydraxis leaves the front and the entire raid of trash respawns. So no accessible Token vendor I can find. I also tried the Hydraxian area of Azshara as well as Thorium Point Daily quest givers.
It would seem this is a massive oversight as you have to get all loot out and turned in or wait until the next week to turn in tokens to get gear you collected? This makes looting feel bad, which is a big mistake in an MMO.

duke hydraxis moved for us to the ragnaros room when we killed rag (you talk to him to spawn the heat 3 boss only after rag h3 dies), so i guess you hand your tier in @ the ragnaros room
Issue is all the trash respawns fast and you cant get back for a turn in… essentially no turn in available.
Yeah, I was just about to make a post about this. None of us can turn in tier without reclearing up to Rag, which is just poor design / a royal PitA.
Is this fixed yet? Tf were they even thinking… LOL

We went into today to kill Rag and got him down…during our second attempt because we did an explanation of the fight and then worked on positioning for our first attempt, we had a surger respawn, but surprisingly we did very well yet wiped. Our third attempt we killed him. We then went to Ony and 14 manned her. Two of us went back to MC only to find out that EVERYTHING respawned including Core Hound which werent there earlier. We teleported to Gehanas rune in our run to Rag and there weren’t any corehounds at all, but now after killing Rag there was.
Im all for hating blizzard but you gotta be a complete tool to think the spawn rates arent a bug. Theres no way youre that clueless. Just parroting what people say online, not a single thought to yourself 
This is the thing that should get a hotfix asap, there’s no point to remove the npc to trade tokens on the starting area of MC. Like legit, none. If it’s for lore you can still let them move to Rag’s and leave a minion for trading tokens, this is a big oversight.

Lava Surgers in Molten Core will no longer spawn once Ragnaros has been defeated.
LOL - How about ALL TRASH?! or are people seriously guild farming mats? i duno - you still cant get to RAG room because there are giants and such.
This should be fixed, but why aren’t you turning them in after you kill rag?
I wasn’t sure what my guild group needed as far as heals or dps so I held the token until we figured it out
Thankfully that was the answer! lol - I’ve healed every phase before this and swapped to DPS as we got geared so it’ll be cool to just DPS the whole time.

So…theres 2 ony resets were just screwed we cant turn in tokens…great job blizzard i give up.
