does he exist in classic? i want to tame this for my hunter pet but i am not seeing it… if it does exist is it still pathing and spawing near thunder bluff around 42 43? and what is the current timer? thanks
You mean the pink plainstrider? One of my friends ran into him on the way to Thunder Bluff not long after launch, so he is definitely in the game.

ok thats what i need to know…that he does exist and i just need to be patient … would be great if a spawn point and timer were known?
I’m afraid that I don’t know his patrol route and spawn time off of the top of my head, but I’m sure that that information is out there for you to find (possibly on Wowhead or other old Vanilla WoW sources).

I’ve already seen someone with the thing as a pet. Taming a rare wastes the loot off it, but at L9 that’s hardly a concern.

I saw him this morning. He crossed the road to Thunderbluff from Bloodhoof Village, just south of Thunderbluff, From memory, he patrols around there near the well.
Here’s a map where I marked the location I have seen him at.

I killed hiim several times while leveling in Mulgore.

She is there, pathing east to west the entire width of Mulgore, just north of that well seen on the map above.
Of course she does. LOL. Patrols Mulgore just past the bridge between Bloodhoof Village and TB.

Rare spawns had random times , sometimes they could respawn pretty quickly perhaps 6 hours or only 10 hours, other times it could take over 24 hours.
humar the pridelord I think is an interesting example where sometimes people wait for him all day and he just doesn’t show.
