Maybe remove layering till the end of beta?

We've been utterly LIED to about Layering

Today in the Beta is the big Classic tournament, in fact it is the last tournament of the Beta. There’s plenty of streamers participating, giving us plenty of views of the beta. However, other than streamers there is fewer than three to four hundred people total online this particular Beta server (the PvP server).
