Maybe microsoft will actually put some time into pvp

Because actiblizz doesn’t care.

Example: How is outlaw or devoker not buffed. There is NO COMP where either of these is the best. You are always better off bringing something else.

I don’t even play these specs in any serious capacity. But is it really hard to buff some sustain ability by 10-15% and see if that helps? Like just change the value on the coding. How hard is that?

These classes are certainly more behind than a reasonable buff like this. I just don’t get the logic behind letting underperformers sit there and languish.

I’ve seen this thread like 8 times. Not to be one of those debbie downers or anything, but no game dev company under microsoft has dramatically improved.

Microsoft is just the publishing company no?

People think microsoft is going to send people into blizzard wow development meetings to help out?

Blizzard is just another line item on the balance sheet. They’re given x amount of money to make their games.

LET ME LIVE WITH FALSE HOPE!!

They bought candy crush…WoW is just a bonus item in this deal.

Can we not put Outlaw and a scalie pos class together like this?

Literally nothing will change except who your sub money goes to

so instead of bobby getting our sub money its gonna go to bill ?

I don’t even know how Microsoft is allowed to monopolize everything. They’re already so wealthy.

Thinking positive with you on this one…

Maybe…just maybe MS wont try to bleed Blizzard as dry as Bobby is?..hoping.

Maybe they will actually let some resources go back into the game…hoping ^^

In Bill We Trust.

False hope is still hope.

Cling to it!

I wish they would stop treating healers so terribly. Like I want to know the PvP dev that has this big of a grudge against people having fun healing

“people have to die”

some dev in shadowlands said this.

and ever since it’s been made easier and easier and easier to be a dps

Usually when big companies bought the majority of actions is because their business model are rentable, and doesnt care much little things like a game mode of the game itself.

Always think pvp players like us should do something to take their attention to see big changes on something, and we have to consider that the majority of player base are pve players.

Sad.

Yea any time healers get anything cool it gets nerfed or taken away. You run oom super fast and can’t even blink without someone dying and then they have dampening reaching 50% in the first two minutes lol

I really do think a point can be made for PvP becoming more like PvE. The crux of the issue originating in SL actually makes sense to me, cuz BfA didn’t have that problem. Tools and CC were ample, but IMO recent the CC reductions and burst increase were a huge mistake. This season is bleeding participation for a reason. I think the wrong un/prunings have been done all along, but that’s just my opinion based on my memories MoP->now.

BFA (and s1 of slands) more or less had compulsory pvp participation at the bottom of the ladder.

You had to pvp for essences, tanks especially wanted these for progression guilds. My friend and I helped multiple pve only players throughout BFA and they carried us through stuff for pvp (because you HAD to pve to pvp in BFA, which sucked).

Slands s1 was a bit different, and it wasn’t required per se, but pvp weapons were easy to get and 1800 wasn’t the end of the world if the pve’er you were carrying wasn’t a total deadweight.

Point being: pvp participation has gone down for many reasons. The biggest issue at least for participation is the pve crowd has 0 incentive to pvp, hell M+ is taking over raiding. Pvp ilvl is too low for it to matter, and 2400 only puts it 3/5 heroic raid ilvl. If you want some life at the lower end of the ladder you need pve’ers to pvp.

its being appealed but the pause was lifted. They still have to worry about EU too.

Apparently our government was like, “Meh, i dont see an issue with a company thats already bought so many other companies buying another company that was already multiple companies all into one super company. What could possibly go wrong with that?”

lack of competition which is bad for us consumers. that or they introduce wow to xbox.
