I was just looking into the memory that is a cloudy brain: but wasn’t there suppose to be a cosmetic shoulder item that looked like what nefarian was wearing in the last raid? Or am I just crazy and it never was released

His name is Neltharion, better known as Deathwing following his fall to madness. Nefarian was his son who we killed once in vanilla and then again in Cataclysm and hasn’t been seen since.
Yes, it was never released. It was most likely supposed to be some rare unique item similar to what Garrosh, Archimonde, Aggramar, Argus, Za’qul, and the Jailer all dropped, but they just forgot to add it or weren’t actually planning to.
