Just logged on to the standard 2PM wait time queue so we shall see…
Well, zero difference for Herod… 11K and 260 minutes…
Probably should of done different levels of this for different realms
Not if the people who wont play past 10 can’t even get to lv. 1
also just logged in, 225minutes estimated wait with 11104 people in front of me…
NO way that it’s “substantially” better. Mine wasn’t. Unless magically 3x the amount of people wanted to play today as yesterday…
13k isn’t a 3 hour wait the time is wrong. Did a 14k yesterday and it was 7.5 hours.
See, this.
This is just simply unbelievable. I do believe that considering people cannot play at all that people are entitled to a refund. So where is it Blizzard? Usually if I pay for a service and I do not get what I pay for due to the incompetence of the company I get my money back.
When will you be taking account action against the thousands of players using 3rd party programs and scripts/macros to stay online or in the character selection screen while they’re sleeping, working, etc and not actually playing the game but are circumventing the queue system and ripping off other paying customers?
Blizz, please, we beg you. Make “substantial” substantially larger, please god.

Again, isn’t that Blizzard’s responsibility? Landing it right back in their lap again? Put the blame where it belongs.
13k queue for me was 3 hrs, I’ve never had to wait more than 2.5-3 hrs with upwards of a 19k queue since launch, Logged in an hr after classic realms were released, but had logged in maybe 30-45 prior. Got booted, logged back in which took roughly 2.5 hrs with a 13-19k queue, and now I started with a 13k queue barring the capacity increase it did nothing for my estimated wait time but knocked it down to 5k from 13k. Just because you had to wait almost 8 hrs doesn’t mean other people didn’t.
And this is the other problem with massive queue, it breeds and encourages all kind of behavior to avoid it, which in turn makes the queues even worse.
if the queues were are all reasonable (30-45 minutes, even an hour) people wouldn’t try to stay logged in 24/7. They’d come home, queue up, eat something and get going. Instead, they’ve got to get on a 2 am and find a way to stay on so they can play the next day.
Yeah, it’s Blizzards responsibility to action the accounts of those using 3rd party programs to circumvent the in game system and give them suspensions or bans and allow the rest of us who play nice and play fair a shot at playing the game.
Which is why it’s important to understand what these numbers actually mean. Currently, they’re meaningless and represent nothing more than whoever made the algorithm to estimate these things was sniffing glue at the time.
Good.

I agree. Sodapoppin was sleeping earlier ON STREAM, while account sharing to keep him logged into the game until he woke up an hour or so later. People are coming up with ways to go around the que system, and to remain logged in 24 hours a day causing them to never log off and have to wait in the que again.
This whole issue is extremely vile.
Still the fault of the company. The solution isn’t to punish people who are trying to get their money worth it’s to provide the service that they paid for to begin with. I can’t think of any other time I’ve bought a game and not been able to pay it. Blizzard owes subscribers refunds if the game continues to be this unplayable.
Chances are they won’t ban or suspend a streamer that large unfortunately.
