Instead of making level 10, blizz should make it so you have to post on either a max level or the highest toon on your account. At least the trolls would lose their virtual shields if nothing else.

So what stops a lvl 10 from leveling to 120 and trolling? Nothing.
The best we can do is report for harassment, or trolling, really.
There will always be the few bad eggs that ruin it for all, but donât worry-there is a community here that thrives on promoting positivity, and kindness.
If you have an issue with a troll beforehand, Iâm sorry to hear it. I hope you know that the good people out here still play. If you ever wanna play with someone chill, just hit me up mate.

I like posting on my Banker, Iâve had Miriel for years, and spend a lot of time playing her; she has her own âidentityâ.
I have no problems posting on my main, Mariette, and often do in Pally threads, or my rogue Zimraphel, or my Priest Lisselle⌠or my⌠(50 characters later!)

Just do away with wow avatars and use bnet tags or only allow one forum toon avatar.

What im going to say is the same if Iâm on this level 11 or a 120.
I do agree though. The alt brigading should be stopped completely.
It skews input and can influence discussion.

I like the battlenet tag idea. I wonder however if blizzard has some way to sort posts by multiple alts as being from the same person; IE, They see battletags instead of forum avatars.

They most likely do.
However when people alt brigade it skews input on our end if it.
People who nay not agree find themselves agreeing because it seems like more people agree.
People who may disagree may not be inclined to post when they read a thread and see strong feelings by multiple avatars.
We all know forums can seem quite ruthless.
People have been doing it for a long time.
So how would it decide which of my 35 110âs to post on? RNG?
