Max ilvl possible for solo players

There is zero chance I would ever divulge the games I play that actually have a non-toxic community on the Blizzard forums…;>). Believe it or not, there are some great games w/o the nonsense that plagues a lot of online gaming. :stuck_out_tongue: Please keep them on the down low…

I do agree though…most random pugs have been ‘okay’ for me. I see the nonsense in game though…I just ignore it.

As for the OP, I fizzled out at 390’ish on my priest. Don’t really have any desire to push further.

Destiny 2, ARK, lots. But those games dont have end game content and gear locked behind other players guilds who you need to be a part of to gain access to it. I dont want to have to beg, sit out weeks, deal with guild politics and other nonsense to access a games end game content. Thats all. More than happy to play with folks though.

Those games have pretty toxic communities too.

That’s fine but I also think you haven’t actually tried to find a good guild yet either, they make a huge difference.

Sounds like a good learning environment. Ill check it out.

390-395, without crafting.
I only did some LFR, random BG/heroics, some weekly events (no mythics) and world content, no crafting, and that’s the plateau I’m aiming to be, at this point in time, with all my 13 characters, which is more than enough to solo what I want atm.

For full solo play, I’d think it will be a SLOOOW creep up to 385 via elemental storms/sparks of life, then some WQ rare drops.

I am sorry you feel all guilds are like this. My guild raids two nights a week. Wednesday night is open to all guildies that are at least 370 ilvl. Friday night is for progression with a little more requirement. Currently we clear the first 7 bosses on heroic for the whole guild. If anyone wants to raid in our guild we make it work.

I am sure there are other guilds out there that are the same. Post in recruitment to find a guild that works for you.

you can do mythic+ dungeons. and arguably, that is the only real way to get max ilvl gear in every slot, though its not an easy task reaching that level.

you can how ever, reliably reach around 415-418 without ever doing raids. thats close enough right?

I don’t raid, dungeon or PvP.

Currently I’m ilvl 390. I would say, barring a chance drop from, say, the World Boss, this is probably as high as I’ll get. Maybe 391. And for open world, this is quite satisfactory.

Same here, and I’m at 382, which is probably almost at the limit for me. But that’s ok, I do just fine in the content I do.

How are you not able to get into guild raids? Join a guild where you can.

I’ve done both and outside of playing with friends plenty of group content is toxic. Not all of it for sure. Enough to expect it in pugs and feel fortunate if it doesn’t show up.

my gol is ilvl 430… but im starting to realize that the ilvl is not so important its the stas that are important you can be at ilvl 415 …but if you dont have the correct stas then your gonna suck …

You can get 395 gear from maxing all your renown. So…

Raiding, in general, is fun. What do you mean?

Not even sure why gearing up is important if you never do group content.

Keys and rated pvp. :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:

if you want tier 4 piece and are avoiding dungeons and raiding then probably around 390ish. The 4 crafted bonus items if you can find where to put them, and some 390+ drops from WQ or weekly quests. I have several characters now in the 380+ range, and more headed that way, and I try to not do dungeons or raid (time constraints more than anything else, I need to be able to drop what I’m doing at any point).

Any of my tanks in that range though can solo just about any world mob that’s not a giant weekly dragon, and I can tank those for the random free-group scenarios. My DPS in the 380+ can solo elites, as long as it’s not too many at once (depends on the class).

Essentially for any content I want to do that ilvl is enough, you know?

Fortunately, if you don’t do group content, you can easily stomp any single player content with 390ish gear, and that will increase as DF progresses.

Gearing up still gives a sense of progression, of getting stronger, with world content getting easier.
