Its BS. I got Resonant Crystals all the time before I put points into Draconic Disenchantment the other day. Since allocating those 5 knowledge points I don’t get a SINGLE Resonant Crystal. You get more of them for not upgrading your enchanting. Ridiculous. Now I have to buy them every time I need them. And it’s not like I can remove those 5 knowledge points from that part of the tree…
