I cannot remember who I was on but I was flying over the Maw of Madness the other day and…well, it’s dead. I’d never seen that, I’ve always seen those tentacles up and whipping around all grabby-style. They were dead and limp on the ground. When I tried to look online for information about it, all I could find was the zone no longer existing! So now I’m wondering…what the heck happened to the Maw of Madness?

Once you do the questline to kill it, it phases to stay dead.
I have characters that farm the world boss there. They see it.
