One day down and still no fix that I’ve found. This is terrible hope to see good news in the morning/resset…

it registers me as having the first rune but it doesn’t let me teleport anywhere
Same issue, the Cyphers do not appear on the wall for me, clicking the Locus Shift does not allow me to travel to any other locations. I have put in a ticket and they have replied - 12 hours later, saying there is nothing they can do at this time and they are working on it. (I wonder if they teleport us into the room if we can manually learn the Focus Shift point, since I can see the green explanation point while walking around.) I hope they fix this soon as I can not longer progress in the campaign and am essentially stuck. They should be comping people $$ or something in game for our time wasted and inconvenience.
Same issue, still not fixed after 13 hours later, great job Blizzard.
How is this still not fixed? It’s a very important campaign quest, not some random daily.
I submitted a ticket again with also contact thru. online chat, they still come with the official non-sense by saying there is no workaround about this issue, it’s ridiculous.

Only fix I have found is to do the quest line on an alt that has never touched down in ZM at all. This is the worst bug I’ve seen in a long time and its cost me almost two days of farming rep/rares/nodes. Effictly putting me behind my peers and not valuing my time as a player.

Just got a response to my ticket. They said it’s a known bug, and acknowledge it can be a pain to deal with, and then stated hopefully it will be fixed soon or by the next hot fix. I really do not understand how this is not one of their top priorities. It is ruining player experience for many right now as they cannot play the game with a really nice QoL feature (flying), and progressing the the story questline which is required to unlock our double leggo. Like this should be a top priority and they should be aiming to hot fix it immediately. I swear it seriously feels like this expansion and especially this patch were just paying to beta test their game, and it feels really bad and makes me feel like an unvalued customer and they completely do not care about our time whatsoever.

WOW, finally it works for me now!!! I went to Venthyr and use the door of shadows through the wall

There is a photo you can look at to show the position where you use the door of shadows to enter the second room
This worked for me! adding a clip to show how its done

How is this still a problem?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have an actual fix by Blizzard rather than glitching our way through bugs.

Anyway to do this on a rogue? Still stuck 
i used dimensional footguards to get through the wall just now and it worked.
We are at day 4 now of being stuck. 2 GM tickets and no progress. Finally figured out a way to complete this. Cannot believe we have to glitch our way in to complete this.
I was able to do this using the “Streamable” video linked march 16th above.
But since I did not have any abilities similar, I joined the Venthyr covenant, completed the first 2 quests to allow me to learn the “Door of shadows” ability. (Dont worry, if you go back to your old covenant, your progress will not be reset. All this took maybe 20 minutes.
Other people recommended dueling, dying, then mass rezing but while on a rogue with reduced fall damage that was not possible.
