Just got a response to my ticket. They said it’s a known bug, and acknowledge it can be a pain to deal with, and then stated hopefully it will be fixed soon or by the next hot fix. I really do not understand how this is not one of their top priorities. It is ruining player experience for many right now as they cannot play the game with a really nice QoL feature (flying), and progressing the the story questline which is required to unlock our double leggo.
