on my tooltip its showing a 49.3% chance to trigger the blast, but after casting 15 judgments it didnt trigger once. and with the boundless judgment talent its still only triggers less than half the time. according to the tooltips it should be almost 100% to trigger.
this is my paladin, as you can see it has full mastery 280 pvp gear, and i was testing on a pvp dummy.
Yes, it’s bugged.
It’s been bugged since the rework. People were talking about this in the Beta as well. There are alot of bugs with, frankly, most of the classes in the game right now. Prot Warrior Phalanx, Paladin Judgement, Shadow Preist’s Tentacle Slam, etc. And the list goes on. Don’t even get me started on Mage’s bugs, that’s horrendous.
People were hoping that the Balance Patch, that they would have fixed them by now. Maybe on the 27th they’ll get them ironed out. Recent Trends would suggest they dont. When they get them fixed, it’s gonna skew the boards and the Complaining Train will leave the station.
My bet is most of them will be fixed on the Season 2 launch.
If that’s the case, would the 2 charge judgement be better then it’s other choice talent?
The two charges is always a better choice. Even if it was working, picking Boundless Judgement would be a dps loss.
