Been ready for Mastery for awhile I love blocking stuff. I am especially after the versatile nerf but that is in PvP.

Made the switch from TD5/6 Ver3 to Masterfulx7. Easy upgrade for aoe and single target.

Doing just fine. Rezan ilvl 475 trinkets seems slightly higher, but I prefer the crit. I am running Focusing Iris for the haste, plus procs helps a ton. I mostly do carrys, so it does the job very well.

really curious re: this. i’m running 6x vers amps (40-50% vers), but i’ve been thinking of a vers/mastery split. screenshots would be great.
I don’t have a screenshot of that but my regular crits On arena people are like 170-225k
I’m only running 2 avengers might so it could be higher but it would be a damage loss to replace empyrean power or lights decree for it
I don’t think triple lights decree is really the move for pvp tbh

Hmm, so everyone grinds their brains out to stack vers, now it’s the same for mastery. In a couple of weeks there might be another “hotfix” and the wheel continues…
Is it worth stacking mastery if you get 2 shot by most things though? Melee Wotlk Arcane mage? I replaced all my ineffable truths with vers and having to go through the same bs again doesn’t sound like a nice idea.
With people obviously doing 800k crits in PvP you can bet your lower back that Masterful will get the Versatile treatment.
To be fair: corruptions shouldn’t have had such an impact in PvP from the get-go. They should at least be halved like azerite traits or even better: completely deactivated.
