Master shapeshifter talent does not work!

This pvp talent for druid has not worked for about 2 months now. I’ve been reporting it daily since it was changed months ago. It has not worked at all for feral affinity in cat from. The buff falls off after about 3 seconds. PLEASE FIX BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS

Needs fixed! Season started this week and it makes feral affinity builds significantly less viable. It’s been a problem for months. Please please address this asap blizzard!
