WOD intro quest bugged NPC not showing up. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same for me. I tried to relogging and relaunching the game entirely. Didn’t work.

Me as well. Extremely annoying since the questline is linear and now we’re stuck unable to continue or essentially do anything.

Minimap shows quest turn in beneath where it is supposed to be. I was hoping to target the turnin npc and use the interact hotkey to bypass
Cannot /target Exarch Maladaar as Alliance at the turn-in location
Edit: Horde turn-in to Lady Liadrin

It’s indeed still bugged. I can’t find the quest turn-in NPC.

Sooo… I had this problem also. I went back to SW/Ogr, talked to Chromie and came back to present time. I went back through the Dark Portal again, and to the quest turn in place. The NPC was there for turn in.
