Hello fellow MWs, I played conduit all last patch and wanted to starting using harmony I’m m+.
My question to the MW community is how do you spend vitality when you want to use it as a heal cd? I know what to do when I want to use it for dps but what is the rotation when I want to pop it for healing?
I use it to buff my lighting damage which buffs my healing.
I like to save 2 lightnings and use them as a separate healing cd. I was wondering if there was a max healing rotation, I saw a video where the guy said to cast EVs and vivifys, idk if that’s the best or not, was hoping forsome insight from the Monk community.
I just press TFT let coalescence spread to everyone and then sheiluns gifts and instant vivify. As long the hot is on people they’ll receive 20% more healing from you. But most of my vitality always just goes towards dmg.
