Now I can only guess as to why “Master” is restricted. But it’s literally a fantasy themed title that players should be allowed to create a name with. And is used thematically for fantasy characters across all different genres: “Master Yoda” etc…

They restricted a lot of Titles as first names. I doubt it has anything to do with Bating.
It’s restricted because it’s a title and they want to implement their own. “Master Legolas” at level 1 isn’t what they are going for.
