Are there any planned hotfixes for yet another poorly designed achievement? The circle is almost impossible given the extreme precision required without any line to follow once it disappears. On top of that, you can’t walk given the short timer.

I think they intentionally put one of these quests in every patch just to aggravate people.

I got the circle on the second try, but that triangle…

Yeah, I think I gave up after like 30 or so tries. Guess I’m just bad at walking around  but this WQ really tried my patience…

I did it in 4 tries. Did’t know you had to be exact lol. Not a good design imho, not unplayable but certainly not worth doing more than once.

The quest isn’t too bad to complete, but the achievement is ludicrous. Triangle and square are ok as the precision required isn’t as unfeasible with straight lines that only require one dimension of input once you direct your character. But a circle is a constant stream of multiple inputs, with no outline to follow and a time limit.

Sounds a lot like a recent equestrian event…

I found them easy, but I’ve always been into drawing and painting, so I can easily keep visualizing the shape after it’s disappeared.

I’m guessing people without an art background could find it quite difficult.

This is beyond frustrating. Trying to draw an exact circle is next to impossible. Forget this WQ. Again death to the turtles!

Still the fastest WQ ever for me. I wish I could understand these complaints… is no one going over the line while it’s still there? Is it because I get to do it in ghost wolf so
I get to meet some sort of timer? Idk

Tried it actually on my shaman in ghost wolf and the line is gone by the time I’m 1/2 to 3/4 done with it. I don’t even want to try it on a class that has slow movement.

And yet pretty much everybody who comes in boasting about how the achievement is easy to get doesn’t actually have it completed, or indeed even have any of the individual stages of it completed.

The people bothered by the quest in this case aren’t talking about it being impossible to finish in general, even though the line detection is observably wonky; they’re talking specifically about the new achievement you get for matching the shapes absolutely perfectly.

this has more to do with how your memory works than drawing and painting

I gave up after 4 perfectly formed circles that matched the one she drew… were rejected. I did it mounted and unmounted, and still got… “you could do better”.

Yeah, won’t be doing that one again. Unless they hotfix it.
