Massive advantage in the RWF and people getting 3 set tier already because of this.
They are buying the BoE Boots from someone else or trading them from an alt character and selling them back to the vendor for the valor points back.
Blizzard can’t rush into this, they need to fix the bug or exploit so it stops working, then they can check the log and roll back cheaters.
Give it time, a few days maybe then this forum will be full of QQ from players who got rolled back because they abused valor exploit
