I’m seeing some massive stuttering since the patch. Unfortunately, I also updated armoury crate on my pc so not sure who is the culprit here.
Oddly enough, it seems to be WoW only. Spider-man remastered is fine, as is D4. So I don’t think it is my laptop and/or nvidia drivers.
I’ve already tried turning off all addons, same stutter.
On the flip side, my potato pc from almost 10 years ago seems to be normal with the patch.
So I’m kind of out of ideas here.

Actually ran another test.
Windowed mode (full screen) 1920x1080 is fine.
Windowed mode (custom) 1920x1009 (which is what it works out to be with taskbar) seems to be the issue. Why? I’ve played the game like this for over a year on this laptop.
Update2:
I guess you have to disable vertical sync if you are on windowed mode. This fixes it.
Unclear what happened here. I have not touched graphic settings since I bought the computer, so not sure if patch 11.1 enabled this or not.
So fix: windowed mode + vertical sync off in graphics settings fixes the stutter.
