That would truly have to be a mighty, massive squirrel

We have a rat (I know it’s for Chinese New Year) but a rodent is a rodent!
Also, humans are more closely related to rodents and rabbits than other non-ape mammals!

No way I ride one you be riding along and your mount gets startle and either you be on the ground or up a tree hanging on .

Maybe someone is afraid of ducks on the dev team, I can’t think of anything else of why there are no ducks in WoW. (and no the rubber duck bobber doesn’t count)
Maybe someone doesn’t like ducks, because they ate their pizza.
