Every day I go on (especially over the last 2 weeks or so, but intermittently as well before that), my latency is absolutely horrible. There is no way I can do dungeons, let alone raid. in fact, even questing is very tough since sometimes I cannot even interact with the quest givers or other NPC’s.
My computer exceeds all the mandatory and requested levels for performance.
My speed test (done on Ookla- not sure if that is a good one) is regularly:
Upload- 230-290 Mbps
Download- 55-97 Mbps
My latency is regularly:
Home- 150-700 (though higher at times)
World- 1500-4000+ (with some getting over 8000!)
Framerate- 55-60
Bandwidth- 0%
I am a dummy with computers so I don’t know what to try. I have run my malware checks and antivirus stuff to see if that is the issue but they come back clean.
I pray someon can offer some advice.

So I’ve done a few tests over the past few days and I have noticed that as soon as I press start on the WinMTR, my latency immediately improves. I’m not sure why that happens.
I couldn’t figure out how to attach the results, so I’ve copied and pasted them below. I removed the “.” from .net in order to be able to post.
