Massive Multi-User lag spikes are occurring in Instanced PvP (Arenas, BGs, etc)
Please advise as to how/when this will be rectified, and how I will be compensated for this. Thank you in advance.

Typically compensation isn’t offered until after an issue is resolved. In this case, however, it sounds like it’s only instanced PvP being affected. Historically, compensation would not be offered as there wouldn’t be any way to issue any sort of compensation. As long as the servers themselves can be accessed, compensation is highly unlikely.
On to your issue, are you experiencing drops in FPS or latency? In order to properly diagnose, we’d need the files indicated in the sticky thread at the top of the forum.
