Getting extreme latency or lag when running any kind of dungeon, and ONLY in dungeons. This makes dungeon running impossible unless you do them pretty much solo, which also makes them impossible.
I submitted a ticket to Support regarding this issue. it was marked as Resolved, yet it is very clearly UN-resolved. Quote:

This issue predates the release of Dragonflight, as the earliest post with this issue goes back to January 16th according to the “Your topic is similar to…” thing I’m looking at while writing this, so I have heavy doubts that they will ever fix this.
Personally, I paid over a hundred dollars (with tax) to pre-purchase the Heroic edition of Dragonflight and I am very much NOT getting my money’s worth since I can’t even play the damn game until they fix the lag. Plus I’m paying a further fifteen dollars each month, and I have a limited amount of money to go around!
Because of the horrible customer service I have half a mind to end my subscription and start a boycott (encouraging other players who have the same issue to do the same thing, talk with their wallet by canceling their sub) until they fix this issue, and give us real-world compensation of monetary value for not being able to play their game, as I am stuck not playing at all until they do fix it. Monetary value will be something to the tune of USD$179.88 (their subscription price of 14.99 multiplied by twelve full months, a whole year’s worth of unplayable game, which some people have undoubtedly been paying for) PLUS compensation for pre-purchasing a non-functioning expansion (Dragonflight). This would be per person who had this bug, and can take the form of anything from a year of free game time to refunding our credit cards in full.
I won’t do this yet of course, but if they don’t get their act together by my next payment date (December 15th) I most certainly will! After all, at this point we are paying monthly for a game we can’t even play! That reeks of “scam” - and honestly, our money would be better spent on non-scam, actually-playable games.
So a message to the folks at Activision-Blizzard: Fix the game’s dungeon-lag issues by December 15th, or face a boycott and a compensation demand for delivering a non-functional game expansion. You have no right to be demanding a subscription fee for a game that is broken to the point of being unplayable. You have even less of a right to charge players for an expansion to an unplayable game.
Even Star Citizen, the so-called scam game, is better at actually being playable for the high amount of money they’re charging for the ships. You’re better than this, Activision-Blizzard. Fix it, or face the consequences.
