Well it’s the one actual PvP area on the server, and I don’t think they made any allowances in it for HC, so you have to expect some people camping there, looking for PvP, did you kill them or just scare them off? I suspect you will want friends and those you really trust if you try to go there, since it’s also free for all, not many on the server I would trust for that, and it would be an area that someone could grief you super easy.
