Fighting people in BGs I’ve come across a few people who used some sort of knock back. It knocked me back at least 100yrds. Does anyone know what this is? As and Engineer I can’t make anything.
There’s a few. Probably Blast Wave from a Mage, though?
Dracthyr wing buffet, Mage Blast wave, hunter explosive trap…just to name a few.
100 yrds?! Isn’t that too much even for a Shaman’s Thunderstorm? Maybe is one of those new pvp consumables?
It was done by a druid and a priest.
Idk then… Priest lost their knockback a while ago, and Druids have Typhoon, but the kb for that one is pretty small.
It was much farther than that.
Prob a toy or engineering thing. Typhoon is the lowest distance knockback ( u can barely knock people away in the middle of bgs.)

i mean…ive seen people have a levitate affect on them and get knock backed farther, because it doesnt allow the in game gravity to affect the fall. so you just glide.

Explains a lot. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how I was being blasted so far seemingly at random. I thought I was up to date on PvP traits and figured I missed something with someone’s knockback being buffed—or that people were using a new exploit.

I am gonna to have a blast using them.
It’s not… it’s just items that for some reason people CAN use on random bgs or epic bgs. You see them on a very few but obviously people that is on top of things… I suspect this will increase the usage of them 
Now that you mentioned this, I wonder if Mage’s Gravity Lapse can be chained to a knockback for a more dramatic effect.
What’s that do?
