Internal cooldown added to wither stacks
cold casting two chaos bolts only adds one
chaos bolt and two shadow burns only adds one
the cooldown is like three seconds… this completely ruins the spec and is contrary to what the spec tells you to do
so now half my shards spent do nothing for the ability that is the majority of my damage…three days before mythic and raiding
its insane
