Was running a BRD with guildmates, 3 guildmates dead to instant DC. Couldn’t even petri. Devs, please look at rezzing Kwampyy, Steezushc, and Bitterslol. You missed rezzing two of our fallen from last DDoS on the 24th and the 3rd. This is becoming unbearable at this point. Lots of my friends have cancelled subscriptions due to this crap. Please make this right and get this game mode back on it’s feet, the community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and I would hate to see you guys let this fall apart.

I want to echo Darkshocks and others calling for Blizzard to take action on this issue. Hardcore WoW is built entirely around trust — trust in the stability of the servers, in the integrity of the challenge, and in the commitment between Blizzard and its community. When players pour hundreds of hours into a character only to lose it due to server-side issues, not player error, it’s not just frustrating — it’s demoralizing.
These aren’t just pixels; they’re time, memories, and stories shared with friends and guildmates. When mass DCs or DDoS attacks cause wipes, especially during dungeons where escape isn’t even possible, it’s not just a game glitch — it’s a breach of faith.
Please consider rezzing the affected characters — Kwampyy, Steezushc, Bitterslol, and any others lost due to these issues on 5/11/2025. You’ve shown willingness to step in before, and doing so again here would go a long way in restoring community confidence.

Crazy. Felt like a DDOS probably with the mythic dungeon invitational event going on. Server was perfect then our whole party started running place and crashed. Looks like there are dozens on the deathlog. Hoping they catch all those DC deaths and bring back the characters (including this one - Bitterslol).

Please do not let this game mode and community die on this server, Doomhowl. Please make things right by bringing back the dozens that died during this event today 5/11 (including Hugmethree), as well as the many who are still dead from previous DDoS attacks.

This is getting beyond ridiculous at this point. The server went from 10 to 3 layers in a matter of days because of this exact issue.
If it takes Blizzard weeks to respond appropriately (or respond at all) to these DDOS attacks, the game mode will simply die out and the player base will move on to a different game. Zero reason to commit hundreds of hours into something only to lose your character like this - extremely disrespectful to the players and the time they’ve committed to the game.

Please resurrect “Wesowesgold” on Doomhowl-US. He died at level 55 in the mass dc/DDoS attack today May 11, 2025 at ~2pm EST.
If this server unreliability continues, there won’t be much point to Hardcore anymore.

Absolutely gutted; guildies and I lost our characters this afternoon along with a TON of other people on the server. Really hoping for resses across the board as well as resurrections for people who’ve lost their characters in previous DDoS attacks too. The hardcore community is strong and tight knit but these DC events are just corroding people’s passion for it. Make it right Blizzard

This is so unacceptable. Blizzard you HAVE to do better about actually providing valid servers that people can partake in the hardcore community on. The constant DC’s and lack of any solid action against it cannot continue.

Please Blizzard, do not let the malicious actions of a few ruin the joy of so many. You have all of the tools to make this right. Seeing my guildies go down in such a trivial way is a punch to the stomach and demoralizing. These are great people who contribute positively to our community, don’t make us lose them. Restore the integrity of the game mode we all love.
