I’ve seen some “forum officials” posting here that mass reporting isn’t a thing because the reviews for penalties are often just. I’ve been mass reported 3 times now, gone through the appeal process, got a bot response and when I return am likely to get mass reported again so that I get perma banned all because someone doesn’t like me. Reporting a player using “gameplay sabotage” is so easily overlooked and I genuinely didn’t do anything. This game’s report system is bugged and Blizzard is just money grabbing. They get their 15 dollars whether you’re playing the game or not.

This is one of those times when I think that asking over in the Customer Support section as to what is going on may help if you are looking for clarification to avoid further penalties (unless you already know specifically what the issue is). There’s no guarantee they will provide said clarification, but sometimes the blues (Blizzard employees) do.
It is important to be civil and have patience as players will typically respond first if you go this route. Sometimes the vague reason like Gameplay Sabotage isn’t even accurate, but the action that Blizz took was. Like the reason is stated as Gameplay Sabotage, but the real reason that Blizzard actioned your account was maybe a chat infraction or something that doesn’t even fall neatly under any of their categories (sometimes TRP reports are unclear). I feel that if you truly have no clue what these actions stem from other than “players not liking you” and you’re worried about severe penalties like account closure then this is the last long shot to figure it out and avoid or fix whatever is bothering Blizzard.
Another thing: did any of your replies after an appeal state that they were done with the matter and that you shouldn’t appeal anymore? If not, it may also be useful to resubmit your latest appeal until they tell you not to. Resubmitting an appeal is supposed to “have another set of eyes” review the appeal. There’s no arguing your case or anything like that, but as long as you’re respectful and they haven’t said it’s final you should be able to.
As a note, “gameplay sabotage” is the category that it shows up under when you get dinged for having inappropriate material in your TRP profile.
