Mass AOE Dungeons and Fury Warrior

Another major patch where Fury Warrior doesn’t even get looked at by Blizzard. It’s been like this for about two expansions, with the occasional bandaid fix here and there. Fury—and the Warrior class tree in general—has been powercrept by every other class and spec. Read the bottom row of Fury talents if you don’t believe me, they’re all laughably boring and weak except Unhinged.

If Fury is supposed to be insane at 5-target cleave, then they should have by far the highest 5-target damage in the game, because they bring basically nothing else to the party.

We’re heading into a season that will include Halls of Atonement, Tazavesh, Priory, Dawnbreaker, etc.—all dungeons featuring massive pulls with 8–12 mobs at a time.

Do something to make Fury viable in larger target counts. Just square root Meat Cleaver at 8 targets and nerf accordingly. Or admit that you were extremely wrong when you nerfed Odyns and Thunderous Roar in Nerubar because it was strong in the first 2 weeks of heroic raid

I don’t even want to get into how Warrior’s class tree is by far the worst in the game, with the majority of the nodes being mandatory DPS increases or core class damage cooldowns. Yikes Blizzard. WTF. At least bandaid it by buffing Rallying Cry in 5 mans, similar to darkness, amz, etc.

If Warrior forum and class discord cried as much as Mage or Shadow Priest maybe we’d get some tuning once in a while.

Is Odyn’s Fury feeling like a "strong, signature ability yet?

Or just give improved whirlwind sqrt scaling beyond 8 targets.
