Can someone tell me how to get this mask. I tried search in WoW Head by now im even more lost I tried searching YouTube even less help. I never played in Legion is it even possible to get it still? I asked a rogue in game who had it they say they don’t even know what they did. So is there any rogue on the forums that can guide me on what to do?

I can’t quite remember. But, from what I can find it comes from Marin’s vault. So, you need to get these:
You can pickpocket these from various NPCs in Legion zones. Make sure you grab the Griftah quest-line for the Polished Lamp so you can get Coins of Air, as well. There’s no CD or anything(I believe). So, you can just go out and farm as many of Marin’s coins as you can. But, they are unique. So, you have to run back and turn it in each time you find one before you can grab another.
As for which thing to loot in the vault. I am not sure. I’d imagine the Large Plundered Sack which appears beside Marin. Or the small chest that appears at the steps up to the artifact thingy.
E: So, uh. Just for some extra information. There is a portal to Legion Dalaran in the portal room. You can take that. An NPC Rogue will run up to you after a while and just do that questline to unlock the Rogue hall.
Also, Amisi Azuregaze in The Legerdemain Lounge will give you a Dalaran Hearthstone. Which has a separate CD to the regular Hearthstone. But, is locked to Legion Dalaran.
