Winsor appears to be bugged after starting the escort quest on bloodsail buccaneers. Guards never came to stop him from entering the city initially. So I dropped the quest and attempted to pick it back up, and winsor appears to be stuck on bridge into stormwind.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
