I completed the " Circes Circlet " questline and got the toy, but wasn’t aware about Marmaduke, I really want the dog but I don’t have the toy in my inventory, and I can’t restart the quest because I already completed the entire thing, idk what else to do

i can confirm that after completing the questline on two different characters, I can see the toy but I cannot interact with it. I believe it is very sad that after 8 months this has no resolution yet with blizzard. How is it that it takes 8 months to fix this?
