Not sure there’s even any point to working on this guy anymore, but I am curious about the “mastery” stat. My hunter, marksman, has over 100% in Crit, versa, and haste, but mastery, even though it has over 46K in it, it won’t go above 84%. Is this the cap for mastery stat with marksman spec? Thanks 
I’m guessing you are talking about MoP remix, yes 36k mastery is the hard cap. At least before 11.0.
