So I’m not too big into PvP, nor Transmog, but there’s a few pieces of gear I want to get for my Monk that come from PvP vendors. I thought old tiers just turned to gold cost. But apparently you need marks of honor now to buy these items.
Is there a quick way to obtain marks of honor?
There really isn’t, what sucks is that you asked just as a PvP Brawl ended which is Comp Stomp, a player vs AI battleground that is quick and easy to reward you.
Keep an eye on your calendar when the next event comes up and go NUTS on doing that as much as possible to earn your Tmogs. I know I have already.
Yes - wait for the PVP brawl ‘Comp Stomp’ (sadly just gone). You fight a team of 10 bots in Arathi Basin. It takes about 2 minutes to queue, 5 minutes to win, and you get a Mark of Honour from each bout plus honour, which you can trade 2k at a time to a vendor in Oribos for 5 marks.
The next Comp Stomp won’t be until April, unfortunately. If you can’t wait, epic BGs aren’t a bad shout - but you’re not guarunteed to win!
Just do random BGs and futz around. You don’t need to do good or win, just accrue honor points and turn them in at the PvP vendor for Marks of Honor.

Back then, Legion World Quests gave marks of honor, it was amazing to farm it. But Blizzard went and removed them for just honor. 
Just missed but look up calendar from time to time, Comp stomp. its an even to look forward to for many.
spam bot run pvp comps till you get your fill.
weekly quests give 5 marks. run them and over time these add up.
these are BOA so it is currency you can mail across the acccount. Run 5 cahrs, get 5 weeklies done, ship 25 marks to 1 char.
Well shoot. I can wait until April if that’s the next closet time for easy Marks 
sadly, wasting time in BGs just for a few transmog pieces isn’t my cup of tea
Even tried looking for old PvP quests that may reward some, but alas, no luck
Comp stomp brawl is the easiest, unfortunately that ended last week. Not sure when it comes around again. Every alt that you complete it on will get 5 for the weekly one time quest and 1 for the win. Adds up fast if you have an army lol.
If you don’t want to wait then yea do random bg’s and turn in your honor for more marks.
I think the Legion mission table might still give missions that reward a Mark.
If you’re not in a rush and also not a PvP person, definitely wait for comp stomp! It’s just playing against bots. Games are super fast, overly easy, and you get plenty of marks.

Yeah…its 2000 honor for 5 marks. Real easy to do once you are 216 all. I have 2/3 chars I literally buy these since nothing else to buy and honor capped.
go spend the 2000…and (epic) bg again to be back some other day.
Oof, you just missed Comp Stomp, a pvp brawl that happens about twice a year. Aside from that, do random bg’s, you’ll get one if you win, and trade in every 2000 honor for 5 marks of honor from the pvp vendor in Oribos.
I keep seeing this and am kicking myself lol. But I just started playing my monk again as of like 3-4 days ago

Your Legion class hall can occasionally (as in, every two weeks) spawn a quest that has a chance to reward 1 (one) mark of honour. If you don’t need many and if you have a bunch of max level alts, do their class halls and then keep an eye out - the quest spawns every couple of weeks; I get 10 marks a month just from running that quest on my alts!
The mission is called “A Good Dust Up” and rewards a battle report (an object that starts a quest to win a BG) and a mark of honour if executed flawlessly. Throw away the battle report quest item (as in, delete it from your bags, not just your quest log) and the mission will keep spawning every 2 weeks for that character. It’s slow but if you hate pvp and only need a few marks that might be helpful?
I’d suggest holding multiple level 60s because each first time running a Comp Stomp BG (valid each time this comes up) that each win in the BG will give 5 marks of honor per character (Via popup quest). So, if you have more than just 1 level 60, spam this BG event until you’re sick and tired. For me, I just spam it, play my easiest class and try to finish the match in minutes back to back.
You could try deepwind dunk brawl that’s going on this week. Just make sure you pick up the quest from the adventure log first. Between the quest and the win you will get 6 per char. It’s against real people but it’s better than random bg’s.
Just do BGs. You can get marks from that and you can trade 2k honor for 5 marks in Oribos. Comp Stomp is the best for marks, but that was last week and it won’t be back for a few months.
