I have 80 AB, and ~10 WSG/AV marks missing. I recovered them all through the mail system but only received the letters for it.
My biggest problem is that they knew people would do this, knew people have been doing this in retail for ages, yet failed to let us know it could even potentially happened. 100 marks is a lot of time to invest especially when Horde is losing every BG in ~10 minutes currently with a 10 minute queue time. That was a huge time sink. I sent in a ticket for it but the wait time is 11 days 17 hours and continue to go up.
