I’m not buying the expansion solely because void elves don’t have new customisation like nightborne. Is so unfair. Makes me genuinely sad they way you keep ignoring void elf players. We deserve more than copy paste blood elf hair colors.
It’s a pretty common practice.
IIRC, Evokers start at 58 and will be 60 by the end of their intro zone, so people who skipped SL won’t have an issue getting their Evoker in position.
Well that’s cool at least. But is there going to be a thing like with DKs where you had to already have a maxxed character in order to roll an evoker? I wanted to give retail a shot, but if I can’t be able to enjoy the DF zone launch at launch, it seems kind of meh.
I’m pretty sure wowhead has already reported on a bunch of EXP requirement nerfs coming with Dragonflight and likely the prepatch, so it should hopefully even out.
XP is super nerfed… should be about 12 hours to get from 1-60.
Plenty of people will still be playing. Not everyone goes to visit family, or has family visit them, every holiday. Or even any holiday at all, because they can choose to see each other outside of them. Not everyone celebrates holidays.
Personally, I find holidays utterly meaningless in this day and age, they’re just meant to empty pocketbooks.
Delay it it’s not ready it needs 12 months more polish noooooooooooooo
The only requirement for making your first Evoker is having the expansion. Making future Evokers requires you to have a level 50 on the realm.
I think the old “limited to one per realm” rule also applies, but I don’t know if they backtracked on that.
I do too, but my discord group of 20 folks… 12 will be unavailable for 2 entire lockouts at the very launch of a raid.
How is that in any way a good idea. They come back and we are already done with Heroic and onto Mythic prog… and they are now 2 weeks behind and pugging. We will have to leave them to pug and cant take them to mythic because they will be 2 weeks behind. Bummer for them i guess.
I’m holding out the smallest spec of hope that after DF launches, in subsequent patches they’ll start rolling out customization options for all races(especially velf) because dracthyr customization options put all other races to shame. The technology is there, and they have the funds of microsoft now, so no excuse!
OK thanks. Sounds like I’ll be forced into having to roll an evoker, which sucks. But at least I will be able to see the new zone off the bat. I hope they decide to keep the xp buff through pre-patch. I thought they normally did that. They just did it that way with wrath. Don’t know why it’s not the same dynamic here.
Another Classic.
Nah, I responded to someone else with memes. I’ll admit, I missed it in your first post, but that doesn’t change how ridiculous your Wrath claim was. I saw that first and commented on that, which you never actually responded to how ridiculous it is might I add and instead focused on the follow up point even in your first response to me pointing it out.
The world ain’t revolving around you, friend.
And these are legitimate issues, which is what I said before. Thing is, you’re not even addressing your other point that you led with, and instead doubling down on the second point. I was just calling out how ridiculous it was to mention Classic players here as an argument.
I guess those people didn’t really mean much to your group then. Sucks for them, maybe they should find other groups instead.
Well, with any luck the pre-patch event will be decent for leveling, and if not, the XP needed to go from like 30 to 60 is getting flattened a bit.
Hopefully it works out for you.
or you could go back to heroic and help them get caught up rather than leaving them to fend for themselves? If you’re a group of raiders together you should be helping each other anyways.
Also it sounds like out of your 20 group 12 will be unavailable, so you’re really gonna replace over half your group? I honestly don’t think so, take your low effort trolling elsewhere.
Actually, yes, if the level squish is happening for prepatch, it might be like having the xp buff. Maybe that’s what’s happening.
Whoo, let’s go! Who’s super hyped??
No one cares about that. They just want the new shinies so they can get tired of them in a month.
