Is it possible with an addon to mark group members so that so that only i can see them? I don’t always have party leader so i cant use the built-in icons.
In a party anyone can mark. In a raid you can’t unless promoted. You also can’t with other methods like WeakAuras to add them because of the changes Blizz made to friendly nameplates.
That said, please don’t just randomly mark players. Not only do those players often not like having marks on them all the time, it might also conflict with boss-mods using those marks, or tanks using them for stuff.

I said so only I can see them, I’m just trying to keep up with my friend who I’m healing in pvp.
Oh, if its for pvp then you don’t have the same limitations. Friendly nameplate customization is only blocked in pve.
