Mark of the Chosen does not work

Playing on Classic Anniversary servers and the Mark of the Chosen trinket that is supposed to increase all stats by 25 (2% chance when struck in combat) is not increasing any stats.

I may have item restored this item at one point, but I’m not sure if that would affect anything

I confirm the bug, Mark of the chosen trinket do not increase my stats at all.

I just noticed this too, last week when leveling my warriors weapon skill it would work, even when having a food buff but now it does not do anything
