NPC Character for a STORYLINE QUEST is not spawning. Server Akama and there are no joke 20+ other players trying to finish the questline but cannot because this character has no respawn timer.

Also having problem on Uldum, Seems to spawn fine on Eitrigg.
Players have said it has been bugged for days.
And it’s a quest required to unlock the Zandalari Troll allied race.

Same having this issue on Blackrock, no way to get the item Yialu’s Talisman to complete quest.
