Mark of the Bat is locked and bugged - Quest line in Zandalar is broken. Yialu and Vashera will not spawn. On Server Area 52

I have the same issue. Its been this way for like 3 days now. I just want to unlock the Zandalari trolls. I wish there was a way to unlock them using real money… especially with these in game barriers

This is really annoying. Trying to do this quest line on my paladin and I’m just stuck here. Hanging with around a dozen other players all camping this spot … waiting …

Im at it currently and Yialu is the only one who wont spawn now ugh
Been coming back and restarting the quest every few hours for 3 days and can 100% confirm, locked out of the allied races and flying in BFA because of this bug. pretty damn salty
I ended up finding her at 55.67, 31.42
Was evade bugging. She was spawned normally on war mode for me though.
