I posted that I needed help but I got it and I didn't see any post in here so ill give a small summary of what I have done, cant post pics.
If you want the mark of the shimmering ardenmoth: go to ardenweald, talk to droman dawnblossom in dreamsong fenn, grab the net laying on the side of the table, and go to val'sharah in broken isle ( use azsuna port in stormwind next to shadowland one). It takes a bit but you will get on your buff bar that you have obtain the moth and its glowing, you will have like 12 minutes to return it so port to oribos or arden to return the moth to droman in order to get the glyph. I think only an inscriptionist can obtain the quest.
