Map and Mouse Tooltips Errors

Hello,

Since 8.2 my UI has been weird. I uninstalled all addons and the addon manager (twitch app) then did a clean re-install of the game (completely removed all files, even Battle net app) and it did not fix the issues.

The mouse tool tips (not the fixed location ones, the ones that appear at the mouse location) will go out of the game / off screen and I can’t read them.

The other is the world map when I expand it. It has a grey bar at the bottom (or top sometimes) that is always present unless I resize the map smaller then make it larger again. But it comes back after logging out.

Had no addons running and it still happened. Currently only have 1 addon running (tptp) and it continues to happen. Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you for any help! :slight_smile:

I found the fix on the EU WOW Forums. Just type “/console showQuestTrackingTooltips 1” without the quotations in-game and you should see your quest progress again when you mouseover mobs.
