Many characters have lost the ability to access warband bank-- what happened?

I have a few characters who used to have access (the blue void symbol), and now its gone

Where are you looking for it?

well firstly it WAS on my hotbar, now its now there,

Secondly its not in my spell book like it used to be either

Since they introduced the new " Warband map to everywhere all at once " a few weeks back… To access it you need to go to your spell book, general page and open the warband button ( a fly out similar to hunter pets, posions etc. ) red button. The spells for the warband bank distance inhibitor and the new map item are in there.
