As seen from screenshot, the orange version of the shoulder item doesn’t have the glow version while the other ones (in purple and red) do. I was wondering if it was an oversight of if this version of the gear actually does not exist.

having the same bug, Normal+effect shoulder is on the “red square” section stating that i need the regular version to have the effect one
